Shore Points apparel is made to order. Here’s what to expect from production through delivery.

Made for you

Most items typically take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before they ship. Production begins after your order is placed; the day of purchase generally does not count as a production day. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Production may take longer during busy periods, when items are temporarily unavailable, or if an order needs extra attention.

When will my order arrive?

Production time and shipping time are separate. Once production is complete, your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected. Standard U.S. transit commonly takes several additional business days, but actual arrival dates vary. Please allow extra time for international delivery or unexpected carrier delays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary by item, delivery address, and available shipping service. Your shipping options and total shipping cost appear at checkout before you pay. Orders with different product types may have combined shipping charges. Some eligible items may offer free shipping; any free-shipping option will be shown at checkout. There is no universal free-shipping minimum advertised for all orders.

Tracking and split shipments

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details when available. Some items may be fulfilled in separate packages and arrive on different days.

International orders

Available destinations, shipping methods, and applicable rates are shown at checkout. Customs processing and any applicable import duties or taxes may affect international deliveries.
